What happens when the hiring need arises in our company ?
The successful candidates become the full time contractual employee of the India's leading Animation Visualization Studio, I 3D. (Read T & C). The students would be offered contractual jobs of minimum 1 year to start with, and further which may be extended as per the requirement of the company and the performance of the employee.(Read T & C)
* We are committed to provide the best of the knowledge to our students.
* The hiring will be unconditionally based only on the manpower need of the company(as and when).
* By offering this training, we are in no way bound to hire anybody.
* When and if the hiring happens in the company, candidates with a minimum B++ grade in his/her course performance would be considered for further evaluation.
* The studio owns the right to reject any candidate due to any reasons not favorable to the organization .
* All the successful I 3D candidates will be kept in the freelance panel of the company. Time and again their services will be harnessed on requirement as and when required.
* Students are entitled to receive only the work performed by themselves and not the entire project or anything that is not done by them. Also their show reel will carry branding of I 3d on it.
* The salaries mentioned in the faq's section is purely based on studio to studio experience. Being a creative field, there is no restriction to the top salaries. It is purely based on the talent.
* Any delay or failure in the performance by I 3D and its official bearers(herein called party), hereunder shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of the Party claiming Force Majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage terrorism, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, other than those of Party, that prevent Party from furnishing the services promised. Also other events like that are beyond the reasonable anticipation and control of the Party affected thereby, despite such Party's reasonable efforts to prevent, avoid, delay, or mitigate the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which events or the effects thereof are not attributable to a Party's failure to perform its obligations under this agreement.
* How experienced is the faculty who is going to take up the software classes.
It Will be done only by the experienced faculty of the industry under the guidance of our veteran production professionals.
* Will the stipend be paid during the training period?
No. Involving students in production and providing the studio platform to them for 6 months is already a very expensive affair for the company. That is our uniqueness.

* Can the fees be paid in 3 or more installments?

Yes, based on the manpower need of the company and the results of the training & test .
* If Yes, What is the criteria?
The student should achieve a minimum of B++ grade in his exams and then there should be a hiring need in the company. This will be followed by entrance test.
* If the student is not absorbed in the company, then what is the scope for the student ahead?
There are hundreds of existing studios and also upcoming studios, as real estate is a booming sector in multiple cities of India and abroad. The students will be provided with the experience letter as 3D trainee's from our reputed studio and not just a regular training certificate, which means they will have our brand value with them, wherever they go.
* What would be the approximate salary after the completion of course?
12-15K as a starter and in exceptional cases can be even earn more (Read T & C).
* After 6 months of the software training who are mentors who would train the students?
The professionals from the industry who have been working on delivering services for multi-crore projects for last so many years.You can visit our studio for further details if interested.
* How much experience do the mentors have?
Cumulative experience of just the core team is more than 75 years.
* The classes will be held for how many hours each day in stage-1?
2 hours / alternate days (thrice a week)
* How many students will be there in each class?
12-15 .

* Can we leave the course in between?
No, currently we don't have the facility.
